Refund Policy

Monthly plans

  • A monthly payment can be refunded in full within 14 daysif none of that month's interviews have been used.
  • If some interviews have been used, we refund the unused portion of that month's payment within the same 14-day window, pro-rata per interview.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; the current month stays active until the end of the paid period. Past renewals older than 14 days are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Failed interviews

You are only charged for completed interviews: sessions shorter than five minutes that produce no evaluation are not billed. If a technical failure on our side consumes a credit without delivering an evaluation, contact us and we will re-credit your account.

How to request a refund

Email administration@naviassistant.ai from the address associated with your account, including the Paddle invoice number. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
