Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AI Interviewer (the "Service") is operated by Navi AI Agents FZCO, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Navi", "we", "us"). The Service automates first-round candidate interviews using AI voice agents and provides structured evaluations to recruiting teams.

2. Accounts and teams

The Service is sold to businesses (schools, recruitment agencies and other employers). An account is shared by a team; the account owner is responsible for the actions of the team members they invite. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

3. Plans, credits and payment

  • The Service is sold as monthly plans that include a number of interviews per month; internally, interviews consume prepaid credits (1 credit = 1 USD).
  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as merchant of record; Paddle handles invoicing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel at any time with effect at the end of the paid period.
  • A completed interview is charged at the listed per-interview price for the voice stack used. Interviews shorter than five minutes that produce no evaluation are not charged.
  • Credits have no cash value outside the Service and are not transferable between accounts.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

  • Only interview candidates who have consented to an AI-conducted, recorded interview.
  • Do not use the Service to discriminate unlawfully or to make fully automated hiring decisions without human review.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

Interview evaluations are decision-support material. Hiring decisions remain yours; you are responsible for complying with employment law in your jurisdiction.

5. Candidate data

You act as the data controller for candidate data you process through the Service; we act as processor on your behalf. Our Privacy Policy describes what is collected and which sub-processors are involved.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify features with reasonable notice; material reductions in purchased value entitle you to a pro-rata refund of unused credits.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for hiring outcomes.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, unused credits are handled per the Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
